Quick Pitch System

The Quick Pitch Float Stick system allows fast and accurate construction of a shower floor with the proper drainage slope of 1/4" per foot. It removes guesswork and eliminates the need for leveling tools.

Designed for installations where the drain is no more than 36" from surrounding walls or curbs. Extra and extended kits are available for larger areas.

SereneDrains Square Shower Drain

Designed to fit standard tile sizes including 1/2", 1", 2", and 4" without cutting. When cutting is required, only straight saw cuts are needed, making installation faster and easier, especially with mosaic tile.

Composeal Gold Vinyl Shower Pan Membrane

Composeal is a durable waterproofing membrane used under tile or marble in traditional mortar bed shower systems. It is installed over wood or concrete substrates beneath a thick-set mortar bed.

Complies with major plumbing codes including UPC, IAPMO, SBCCI, and BOCA.

Composeal Vinyl Installation

Ensure the subfloor is sloped toward the drain at 1/4" per foot and free of debris. Extend the liner at least 3" above the finished curb height.

Notch wood studs 1/2" to accommodate the liner, or use furring strips for metal studs. Fasten only above the curb height using appropriate fasteners.

Fold corners without cutting to maintain waterproof integrity. Use a clamping ring drain with weep holes and ensure the sub drain lip is flush with the subfloor.

Trim the liner only at the drain opening. Do not cut around bolt holes. Use butyl caulk between the liner and drain.

Perform a 24-hour water test before final installation. Protect weep holes with gravel or porous material to ensure proper drainage.

In UPC/IAPMO jurisdictions, a 15 lb felt underlayment is required under 30 mil liners. Not required for 40 mil liners.
