ProPan Ready to Tile Shower Pans is light weight, waterproof and easy to install. These shower pans are made of high-density polystyrene insulation and are reinforced with fiberglass mesh. The polymer cement coating makes these pans completely waterproof with an added advantage of strength. Used in residential and commercial applications, these Ready to Tile Shower Pans can be cut, modified or extended with a circular saw.
Complete waterproof installation is assured when the ProPan Ready to Tile Shower Pans are used with ProPanel Lightweight Waterproof Backer Board. This eliminates days of work required for traditional mud bed installations, which now can be done in less than an hour. Moreover, to install 1/2" ProPanel Backer Board properly, the prefabricated 1/2" notch can be cut back in the pan base.
ProPan Ready to Tile Shower Pans is available with integrated Ebbe Square drain assembly in the base along with 1/4" per foot drain slope. These are available in standard sizes of 4' x 4' located at the center of the drain and 3' x 5' at 18” and 6” for tub replacement installations.

ProPan™ is lightweight, completely waterproof and easy to install. Propan™ is designed to be used with ProPanel™ waterproof backerboard for a complete waterproof installation and system warranty.
The ProPan also offers superior resistance to mold.
The added benefit of the ProPan is that it offers contractors the ability to easily modify the pan on-site. ProPan can be cut down in size easily with a circular saw. The prefabricated ½" notch can be cut back in the pan base for proper installation of 1/2" ProPanel Backer Board. ProPan can also be extended with the ProPan 2' extensions.
