Modern Stone’s Modern Clean is a professional alkaline based cleaner specially formulated for use on all types of surfaces where deep cleaning is required. This one-of-a-kind cleaner cuts through stubborn grease and dirt without damaging the surface and prepares it for protection.

Uses:

Marble, Granite, Limestone, Travertine, Concrete/Masonry, Saltillo, Sandstone, Stucco, Slate, Grout

VOC: 48 g/l

Application

1. Sweep or vacuum surface to remove loose debris.

2. Dilute Modern Clean with water depending on cleaning task.
* Light cleaning: Mix 1 part Modern Clean to 10 parts water.
* Medium cleaning: Mix 1 part Modern Clean to 5 parts water.
* Heavy cleaning: Mix 1 part Modern Clean to 2 parts water.

3. Apply solution to area and allow to dwell 3-5 minutes for cleaning, DO NOT allow to dry on surface.

4. Agitate with soft bristle brush or scrub machine.

5. Remove dirty solution using a wet/dry vac, sponge, or damp mop.

6. Rinse thoroughly with clean water to remove residual cleaner.

7. Dry surface with terry cloth towel

Covers Approximately 1000 to 10,000 sq. ft per gallon.

Handling and Storage

Close container after each use. Store in original container only. Keep in a dry, well-ventilated area. Avoid freezing or long-term high temperature storage

Caution:

Rubber gloves and eye protection should be worn during application. Avoid contact with eyes and skin. Immediately flush eyes with water. If skin contact occurs wash with soap and water. Do not take internally. Do not induce vomiting. Seek medical attention.
