At International Flooring Center, Inc. / www.flooringsupplyshop.com, we want you to feel confident with every purchase. If something isn’t right for your project, we’re here to help.
You may request a return for eligible items, and in most cases, no explanation is required. Our goal is to keep the process simple, fair, and efficient.
Return Window
• One-time customers: 30 days from order date
• Returning customers: up to 90 days (returns after 30 days are subject to approval)
Refunds are typically processed the same day once the returned item is received, inspected, and approved.
Restocking Fees
Returns received within 30 days of the original shipment date are generally not subject to a restocking fee, provided the item is returned in new, unused, and fully resalable condition with all original packaging and components.
Returns received after 30 days from the original shipment date are subject to a 25% restocking fee.
If a returned item shows signs of use, damage, missing parts, or is not in original packaging, we reserve the right to:
• Refuse the return and send the item back to the customer at the customer’s expense, or
• Accept the return with a higher restocking fee, determined based on the condition of the item and the extent of damage or missing components
All returns are subject to inspection upon arrival.
Return Requirements
To qualify for a refund, items must be:
• Unused and in new condition
• In original, undamaged packaging
• Complete with all parts, manuals, and accessories
Items that do not meet these conditions may be refused, partially refunded, or issued store credit at our discretion.
Non-Returnable / Final Sale Items
The following items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged:
• Sealers and cleaners (all liquid products)
• Tile products
• Hardwood products
• Preformed shower pans
How to Start a Return
1. Contact us at contact@flooringsupplyshop.com or 1-323-731-8453 to request a Return Authorization (RA) number
2. Clearly include the RA number on the shipping label
3. Ship the item securely within the allowed return period
Returns without a valid RA number may be refused.
Shipping & Costs
• Return shipping is the customer’s responsibility unless the return is due to our error
• Original shipping charges are non-refundable
• We may provide a prepaid return label at our discretion in certain cases
Damaged, Missing, or Incorrect Items
Please inspect your order upon delivery and report any issues within the following timeframes:
• Damage or missing items: within 5 business days
• Lost or misdelivered packages: within 14 days of shipment
• Incorrect items: within 30 days of shipment
Failure to report within these timeframes may result in denial of the claim.
For incorrect items, we will cover return shipping and send a replacement promptly once return tracking is provided.
Important: Shower Pan Deliveries
All shower pans must be inspected at delivery before signing. By signing for delivery, you confirm the item was received in acceptable condition. Claims for damage after delivery acceptance may not be honored.
Unauthorized or Refused Shipments
Packages refused at delivery or returned without authorization may be subject to return shipping and handling fees. These costs may be deducted from any refund.
Billing & Fraud Prevention
The billing address must match the payment method. Orders with mismatched information may be delayed, canceled, or held for verification.
Address corrections after payment processing may incur a small processing fee.
Pricing Errors
We reserve the right to cancel or refuse any order due to pricing errors, including after an order has been placed. If this occurs, you will be notified and offered the option to proceed at the corrected price or receive a full refund.
