Quick Pitch® Float Stick Shower Slope System Specifications
The Quick Pitch® Float Stick System is engineered to simplify the construction of properly sloped shower floors for tile shower installations, waterproof shower pans, and custom bathroom remodeling projects. Designed for residential and commercial applications, the system helps installers achieve the industry-recommended 1/4" per foot drainage slope quickly and accurately.
Unlike traditional hand-formed shower mud beds, Quick Pitch® eliminates the guesswork involved in creating consistent shower floor slopes while helping improve drainage performance and reduce standing water issues.
Designed for Modern Shower Construction
The Quick Pitch® system uses a Center Ring and tapered Float Sticks to create accurate shower floor slopes for standard, oversized, and custom shower layouts. The system supports walls up to 6 feet from the drain in any direction and works with centered or off-center drain configurations.
The Center Ring is designed to sit above the drain flange bolts, allowing proper mortar bed thickness without increasing the shower pan pre-slope.

Easy Shower Floor Installation
Installation begins by positioning the Center Ring over the shower drain assembly. Float Sticks are then inserted into the ring and positioned throughout the shower floor layout to guide mortar bed installation.
The system helps installers maintain a consistent slope without requiring extensive leveling calculations or complex measurements.

Extended Float Sticks attach to the end of Standard Float Sticks and extend coverage from 36" to 72" from the drain. These are ideal for oversized showers, curbless showers, and custom layouts.
